Q. Order Delivery ?
- All orders placed will be shipped out on next working day. We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Courier service we partnering is DHL e-Commerce. Delivery usually will take about 2 to 3 working days.
- Customers will be receiving tracking number via email. Kindly expect longer shipping days for Sabah & Sarawak.
Q. Shipping fees?
Orders from Peninsular Malaysia are charged with RM10.
Free shipping is eligible for order above RM80 for Peninsular Malaysia only.
Free shipping is applicable for all products, including normal prices and discounted products.
Sabah & Sarawak.
Orders from Sabah & Sarawak are charged with a flat rate of RM15.
Free shipping is NOT eligible for Sabah & Sarawak.

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
- Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to our customer service email at email@example.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be canceled.
Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All product transaction currency will be done in MYR.
