Return & Exchange Policy

Customer who intend to return and exchange item may do so in accordance with our return and exchange policy guideline.

Return & Exchange Guideline

Option 1 - STORE Return & Exchange

Customer may refer to our Outlet Location(click-in) to your nearest location. In prior visiting our outlet, customer will have to Contact Us(click-in) in request of the return and exchange.

Customer have to include Order ID, Name, Product Name, Sizes Purchased, Sizes Intend to Exchange and Outlet Location in the mail. Therefore, admin will check the stock availaibility and contact following outlet manager. 


Option 2 - DELIVERY Return & Exchange

1. In prior, customer will have to Contact Us(click-in) in request of the return and exchange. 

Customer have to include Order ID, Name, Product Name, Sizes Purchased, Sizes Intend to Exchange in the Mail. Therefore, admin will check the stock availability and take note on the parcel return. 

2. Customer will have to return the item intend for sizes exchange at it ownself with the courier shipping cost. Therefore, customer is required to add on an additional RM10 return shipping fees (Peninsular Malaysia) or RM15 (Sabah & Sarawak) for us to ship back the exchange item to you. Do send the bank-in slip to us along with the Order ID. 

3. Once we have received the item return and noted on the return shipping fees. We will proceed rightaway and deliver the exchange item to you on next working day.

Return & Exchange Policy 

Return and exchange only applicable as if the order is in compliance with certain conditions:

  • Customer may request for return and exchange within 7 days upon parcel received in according to courier shipment data. 
  •  Return and exchange request shall not be accepted after 7 days parcel arrival. 
  • Items to be return and exchange must be unworn, unwashed with the original tags and with any accessories attached. All items will be inspected upon return. If these conditions are not fulfilled, exchange and return would not be accepted. 
  • Return and exchange is not applicable to Stock Clearance and Special Promotional item.
  • Customer only can apply for return and exchange once for each item. There's strictly no cash refund policy applies. 
  • Exchange, return and refund are not applicable to international order.


Decision by AC Team Collection Sdn.Bhd is final in any returns, exchanges, and refund requests.
