Return & Exchange Policy

Customers who wish to apply for return and exchange items may do so in accordance with our return and exchange policy guidelines.

The customers who apply for return and exchange is responsible for the items courier shipping costs. Customer also required to pay the return shipping fee to AC Team Collection Sdn.Bhd within 7 days upon notification of return and exchange.

Items to be return and exchange must be unworn, unwashed with the original tags, and with any accessories included. All items will be inspected upon return. If these conditions are not fulfilled, it will NOT be accepted for exchange or returns.

It is advisable for the customer to check and keep track of the return shipment. Jefferson will not be responsible if the customer’s shipment is lost during the return transit.

Once the return items/products are checked and in good condition, Jefferson will process the exchange within 7 working days after the confirmation.

Customer’s request for returns and exchange shall not be accepted after 7 days of receiving the products.

Return and exchange policy is applicable ONCE for each item only.

Jefferson recommends customers to exchange the items in our physical stores. Customers may refer to our outlet locations on the website.  

No return and exchange applicable for Stock Clearance and Special promotion items.

NO CASH REFUND policy applies. Items exchange strictly based on stock availability.

Decision by AC Team Collection Sdn.Bhd is final in any returns, exchanges, and refund requests.
